Job Title: Podcast Producer (contract)
Location: Remote (ET/CT preferred)

Fried Egg Golf is a rapidly growing golf company dedicated to appreciating a deeper level of golf. We are seeking a highly skilled audio and video producer to join our dynamic team. As a Podcast Producer, you’ll oversee the end-to-end production of shows on our podcast network, ensuring high-quality output across audio and video platforms. You’ll collaborate with hosts, guests, and our creative team to deliver engaging content that meets our brand standards and connects with our audiences. These shows will appear on one of golf’s top-rated podcast networks, watched and listened to by professionals, industry leaders, and fans alike.

Responsibilities

• Production Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute podcast episodes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage both audio and video recording sessions, including setup and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Editing and Post-Production
  • Edit and mix audio for clarity, quality, and engagement.
  • Edit video content, incorporating graphics, transitions, and subtitles as needed.
  • Optimize content for various platforms, including podcast directories (Apple Podcasts, Spotify) and video platforms (YouTube).
  • Create video clips for social media promotion, working with hosts to find captivating short-form content.
• Creative Collaboration
  • Work with hosts and guests to ensure smooth recording sessions.
  • Contribute creative ideas for episode structure, themes, and promotion strategies.
• Technical Expertise
  • Maintain and manage audio/video equipment and software.
  • Ensure episodes meet technical requirements for streaming platforms.
• Quality Assurance
  • Review final episodes for consistency, branding, and quality.
  • Address feedback promptly and make necessary revisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in podcast production (audio and video).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms and video publishing workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
