Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote, but based in the Eastern or Central time zone U.S.

Fried Egg Golf is a rapidly growing golf company dedicated to appreciating a deeper level of golf. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across all major platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and driving brand awareness and engagement within the golf community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and increase followership across all major social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Create high-quality, platform-specific content including posts, stories, videos, and audio snippets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics, and use insights to optimize content and strategies for increased impact.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends and conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the editorial team to align social media initiatives with overall objectives and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and the golf industry to ensure our approach remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with followers, influencers, and industry professionals to foster relationships and partnerships that support our brand goals.

Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of social media management, preferably within the sports, golf, or lifestyle industry.
  • Passion for golf and a deep understanding of the sport, including familiarity with the PGA Tour and key players/events is a MUST.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Expertise in all major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools/software, with the ability to produce high-quality videos, images, and audio content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
