2025 Club TFE England Trip

As you hopefully saw in his email earlier today, Garrett is leading a group of Club TFE members across the pond for a once-in-a-lifetime trip to England in October 2025.

2025 Club TFE England Trip – Full itinerary

Dates: Saturday, October 11 – Friday, October 18, 2025

Saturday, October 11 – Departures
Sunday, October 12 – Arrive at London Heathrow, shuttle to Huntercombe, lunch at Huntercombe, two-ball round at Huntercombe
Monday, October 13 – One round at Sunningdale Old and one at Sunningdale New, one round being a two-ball and one four-ball. Lunch in between
Tuesday, October 14 – Two-ball or three-ball round at Swinley Forest*, lunch after play
Wednesday, October 15 – Four-ball round at Prince’s and two-ball round at Royal Cinque Ports
Thursday, October 16 – Two-ball round at Royal St. George’s, coat-and-tie lunch, foursomes (alternate shot) at Royal St. George’s
Friday, October 17 – Lunch at Woking, four-ball round at Woking
Saturday, October 18 – Departures, self-transport to London Heathrow

*Swinley Forest is the current plan. If the club cannot accommodate us, however, this round would be switched over to the Addington, St. George’s Hill, or Walton Heath.

Other details

Lottery registration opens: Friday, August 23 at 1:00 p.m. ET

Cost: Expected between $6,400-$6,700 for double occupancy and $6,900-$7,200 for single occupancy, dependent on USD to £ exchange rate.**

Included in registration: Nine rounds of golf, six nights of lodging, transportation from October 11 through October 17, and first-rate lunches at Huntercombe, Royal St. George’s, and Woking. Airfare, caddie fees (if requested), driver gratuity (~£100 per person), and additional meals are not included.

Lodging: Three nights at the Macdonald Windsor Hotel and three nights at The Lodge at Prince’s Golf Club. The Lodge at Prince’s is located on the golf course and features a private road into the town of Deal. Both are luxurious experiences that provide a great place to unwind.

**This trip is priced at $1.28 USD to £. The quote is valid as long as the exchange rate stays between $1.23 and $1.33. If the exchange rate falls outside that parameter we will reprice the trip.

Registration

Because space is limited, this trip will be filled via a lottery system. Club TFE members can register for one or two spots in the lottery. The second spot can be given to a non-Club TFE member.

The lottery will open August 23 at 1:00 p.m. ET. A down payment of $2,500/person is due up front, and the remaining balance will be due 90 days prior to the trip.

As with all other events, you will register in our pro shop and will still need to use the passcode events2024 even though this trip is in 2025.

Refund policy

Refunds will be issued only when the spot on the trip is replaced by another Club TFE member. At that time, a refund will be issued minus a 3.5% processing fee.
