Job Title: Video Production Manager

Fried Egg Golf is a rapidly growing golf media company dedicated to appreciating a deeper level of golf. We are looking for an experienced Video Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all video and photo content for our production services business. In this role, you’ll manage production schedules, coordinate shoots, and ensure our videos maintain the high quality and creativity our audience expects. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of video production, and a deep understanding of storytelling in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Project & Team Management
  • Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Oversee production schedules, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external production partners to align video content with overall brand strategy.
  • Manage on-location shoots, overseeing logistics, crew coordination, and technical setups.

• Content Strategy & Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners and customers to ensure each project meets the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms, staying current on platform trends.
  • Maintain consistency in video quality, branding, and storytelling across all projects.
  • Supervise filming, directing, and editing, ensuring professional-quality visuals, audio, and lighting.
  • Ownership over production and post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, and final content delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production and post-production, preferably within the sports, golf, or lifestyle industry.
• Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to manage production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of golf, including major championships (Masters, U.S. Open, Open Championship, PGA Championship) and key players.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with live streaming tools (Riverside, Streamyard).
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording for professional-quality production.
• Experience developing video strategies for digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging and platform-optimized.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and managing external vendors.
• Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of live production workflows and streaming setups.
• Background in sports media production.
