Happy weekend. While I thought about making today’s chat about Ben Johnson and the 2026 Super Bowl champion Chicago Bears, we have very important (and more realistic) matters to discuss.
Your Weekly Question
This week’s official opening of Cabot Citrus Farms and the announcement of David McLay Kidd’s course at Streamsong have me thinking a lot about resort golf. While I haven’t been to all of them in the United States, I have enjoyed my experiences at the ones I have and I’m intrigued by the others. I’m wondering how you all feel? Whether it’s Bandon, Streamsong, Pinehurst, Sand Valley, Cabot, etc., what have your experiences at these resorts been like and which ones are you most interested in visiting?
My goal with this weekend chat is to not only stimulate some chatter, but also to garner feedback on where you all want to visit in the future. Perhaps as a part of a Club TFE trip.

Two events are launching next week!
On Tuesday, Club TFE members have early access to our Prairie Dunes event on June 30. This is one of my favorite places in the world and if you care about rankings at all it is consistently the highest ranked course we visit. You also have the opportunity to stay on-site with us at Prairie Dunes for two nights. It’s an experience that I truly cherish and I know you all will enjoy. Prairie Dunes Event Details
On Thursday, we open registrations for our Club TFE Trip to Minneapolis. This trip includes rounds at White Bear Yacht Club, Somerset Country Club, and Interlachen Country Club with the option to play Town and Country on the front end. I’ve spent very little time in Minneapolis but I’m thrilled to get this trip on the schedule and visit with 24 Club TFE members. Club TFE Minneapolis Trip Details
